RSA Wait Staff $75 per hour, minimum of 4 hours
1 chef every 40 people for a cocktail party
1 chef every 20 people for a sit down event
Kitchen Staff Ratio depends on menu selection
Chef/Kitchen hourly rate is $75 per hour
Travel And Set Up May Occur Depending on The Location And The Facilities Available On The Spot
Travel time is charged $75 per staff, per hour travelled
